Before you book:
โ Direct order booking services are for some appliance types only, it is not available for small Siemens appliances such as: cordless, bagged, or bagless vacuum cleaners.
โ Direct order booking services are only possible if a customer’s post code is located in an area covered by our own technician service network. (Pls. note: If an area is not covered you will be notified and advised during the process of booking a service of further steps to have a service booking completed). Laundry appliances must be unstacked before arrival of the Siemens service technician to complete a service. Please contact us if you are unable to unstack an appliance before making your booking.
โ Online booking is not possible If the appliance is covered by Insurance Policies / Extended Warranty provided by a third party provider.

A. Pets be properly confined prior to our technician’s arrival.
B. An adult be present during the technicians visit.

E-Nr number is the model-number of your appliance. Siemens Service needs it to prepare the visit e.g. providing the needed spare parts to the engineer before the visit. You can find the E-Nr number on the rating plate of your home appliance.
